#25 My doctor says my internal levels are off from fasting after a blood test is conducted. Will they normalize if I keep fasting or should I stop?

We always have to keep in mind that a doctor’s tests are based off of an average person who is eating. The very fact that you’re fasting will often throw off the test. I’ve never seen anyone have any long-term issues due to fasting. However, I have seen high and low numbers normalize due to fasting, so rest assured, your numbers will normalize after the fast, unless, of course, you had a pre-existing issue that is still being worked on.
