#36 Do I need electrolytes while water fasting, and if so, how do I get them during a water fast?

Even if electrolyte deficiency due to water fasting was a real thing, which I’m very certain it’s not, wouldn’t you find it curious that your vastly intelligent body would get electrolyte deficient so quickly? The body is masterful at regulating itself. There’s so much false information out there about electrolyte deficiencies, it’ll make your head spin. What you are experiencing are detox symptoms. Muscle spasms, joint pain, headaches, weird heartbeat, etc… all of these are detox symptoms that are very common. Putting more toxins in your body (inorganic minerals) in order to make the problem go away, is counterproductive. Oftentimes you’re having these harsh issues because over time you’ve put a lot of inorganic minerals into your body. People don’t realize there’s two different types of minerals: the ones you get from plants would be organic minerals, the ones you get from a synthetic pill would be inorganic minerals. Our bodies can’t process this crap, so what happens is your body will put the inorganic minerals in your joints, the muscles, anywhere it can to get it out of the way, until it has an opportunity to process it out or detox it. When you fast, you finally give your body an opportunity to process that stuff out. And now guess what, yeah, it’s not very comfortable all the time, as it’s pulling rock-like minerals out of your tissue. Now of course, what I’m telling you is going to be completely opposed to what you’re used to hearing, but that’s the whole point of this group and my YouTube channel, is to give you guys the information that you never heard before. All mainstream sources are going to tell you that you’re going to have electrolyte deficiencies. There’s no such thing as an electrolyte deficiency due to fasting. Fasting regulates the body. You’re going to say, “but Chris, your body can’t produce electrolytes”. Watch the videos referenced below, and you can see how we were able to have blood work done while fasting, to see if there was an electrolyte deficiency or not. Through our testing, we have found no such case as an electrolyte deficiency caused by fasting. We are being told lies and half-truths, which is why we have such a difficult time healing, this is just one of those cases. In a few cases, we have actually seen electrolyte deficiency go away due to fasting. If you’re still concerned, you can get your electrolytes after you fast through your meals. I find it curious that we were never worried about electrolytes until Gatorade came around.
