With dry fasting, you want to actively monitor how you’re feeling. If you become too weak or feel really faint, have some water. If you have done some good prep, by eating your water and drinking sun water, you will be able to go longer. Creating an environment that is as stress-free as possible, is extremely helpful as well. Rest as much as you can, get fresh air and sunlight, that will help a great deal. The important thing is to break your dry fast with water! Water only, and make sure to sip your water slow. You can seriously injure yourself if you don’t follow this protocol.
