I believe that making fasting a part of your daily life would promote optimal health. I personally intermittent fast everyday, I do not eat breakfast and my first meal is usually around noon. Everyone is different and has different schedules, and since there are many different fasting options, I would suggest finding the one that suits you the best and make it a part of your daily or weekly life. Although fasting might seem like it’s hurting you at a point in time due to the detox symptoms, in actuality fasting can’t hurt you, so it’s a safe practice to do as often or as little as you like.
