Absolutely, in as little as a week or two of fasting, you will see a dramatic decrease in blood pressure. Keeping it low will require you to make some lifestyle changes. Also, if you’re taking medication, be careful, pay attention so that your blood pressure doesn’t get too low. Oftentimes members will reduce or eliminate their blood pressure meds while fasting.
