The best diet while not fasting, is the one that contains the most natural (alkaline) food and omits meats, dairy products, processed food and refined sugars. Yes, this means you need to make time to cook your meals. With that being said, it’s a process, so take your time, remove foods from your life slowly, and if you decide that you don’t want to completely remove one of these foods I mentioned earlier, just look to reduce the amount you consume.
